Camp Chef 14" x 32" Professional Flat Top Griddle

Used the griddle for the first time this weekend. Very happy once I figured out the heat distribution from the 2 burner Camp Chef. Paid attention to seasoning it before use and it paid off as it cleaned up good!

Used on dozens of camping trips over 7+ years and honestly, I could easily feed 6-8 people with this thing. As a person who loves to camp and cook, my flat top griddle paired with a wok is all I need to cook just about everything. Heavy duty, easy to clean, even heat, and 10/10. Wish I had one in my kitchen!

The two burner griddle for the explorer fits well, heats nicely, but cannot be scraped to clean it. The metal is not the same as a restaurant flattop griddle. That being said, the grease can be moved into the grease catcher on the front corner of the griddle wiped with a good cloth after the griddle cools and is ready for a bit of oil and more cooking!! As a portable griddle and pack along two burner stove, you just cannot beat the convenience or the price!!!

I just wrapped up a 5 day camping trip and used my new flat top griddle multiple times every single day. I absolutely LOVE it. It was a total game changer. A few tips that are probably pretty obvious: even though it's seasoned plan on using oil or butter; also it gets super hot so turn it down to low or low/medium; lastly, I recommend having this in addition to a smaller stove that you can boil on. I used the Everest and the Explorer together with the full burner. It was perfect and kept me from needing to remove the griddle any time I wanted to boil water or heat up food that doesn't need a flat surface. You should also plan on it being really dirty when you take it off the stove so don't wear your favorite jacket or shirt. Other than that, it is amazing and I'm so glad I made the investment. Totally changed our food experience.

Cooking on a flattop is so much fun and the results are great. I’ve cooked breakfast, stir fry, hot sandwiches, and burgers. All turned out fantastic. Only suggestion would be to add the item weight to the website. It’s pretty heavy and that impacts if some will want to take it camping. Also, it should come with a bag, not separate. So if you don’t mind the weight, but one!! You’ll love the results!

Custom for our Camp Chef cooker. Fits and functions well. Custom heat diffusers positioned perfectly above the burners is something another manufacturer may not feature. Good care instructions.

Great . . . until it warped during 2nd year of use.

I bought this to accompany my 2-burner Explorer camp stove. I love cooking on a flat top griddle without having ONLY the features of a flat top griddle. With my 2-burner Explorer stove and this griddle, I have the best of both worlds. The only thing I didn't like was the grease cup holder. It's too far below and allows the grease to blow around before reaching the cup on windy days. In my opinion, Camp Chef should include the professional grease catcher that I ended up buying for mine. With the upgraded grease catcher, it would be perfect! Having said that, it's not worth removing a star from my rating.

Got this over a year ago and love it, it's my main cooking unit when camping. I cook just about everything on it and/or my Dutch Oven. I clean the griddle after every use and wipe it down with oil, it's also kept in its bag. As mentioned by another reviewer, the oil catch is not real good. However, CampChef offers another grease cup which works great with this griddle.

This is the second griddle we have purchased for our scout troop the first one was not a camp chef but boy do I wish it was this is a perfect griddle for our camp chef stove even heat distribution and I just love this griddle

Bracket for grease collector is flimsy. Need a more secure attachment method.

Our Boy Scout Troop has used Camp Chef 14" x 32" 2-burner stoves for 11 years now, but for some reason, past leadership purchased a couple unknown manufacturers flat-topped griddles, which are oddly shaped and poor fitting atop our stoves. I solved that recently by purchasing two (2) Professional Flat Top "60" Griddles for our matching 2-burner stoves! The griddles fit perfectly and helped us greatly in our recent annual pancake breakfast fundraiser! With safety being most important to us, no longer will be be using improperly fitting cooking equipment and these Camp Chef griddles are quality made, fit perfectly and will last us many, many years of Troop use! It is so nice to finally acquire these very fine accessories for our stoves and Camp Chef continues to be my go-to source for quality made outdoor camping/cooking equipment Thank you Camp Chef!

Two of us own one. Weighs a ton but we'll worth the weight. Plenty of surface area. Bacon keeps it seasoned.

Traveled a long way to cook on this. I gifted it to a wedding and long story short threw a party and cooked for 15 on this w/ 2 burner setup below it and it was sweet!!! A lil cleaning and back in the carry case I got separate. I will get another ASAP and host many food gatherings at my place in the future!

I have used this for a couple of years now and it is great! We have used it for light and heavy cooking like at a fair. This combined with a 2 burner portable stove that fits it, it beats a blackstone flat surface hands down.

I use the griddle my brother when we go go camping waits and uses my griddle to cook on as well he love it too the splash guard is great is great as well how do I go about getting a new one for a 2 burner

I purchased the SG60 Griddle late summer and have cooked on it 2 or 3 times a week sense i have had it. I have enjoyed this product more than i can say. Fits perfect on my Campchef 4 burner stove. Cook my whole meal outside and clean up takes less than 2 minutes. I also purchased the Campchef Artisan pizza oven that i am equally happy with. Thank you Campchef for your great products. Got tired of cleaning my large gas grill burners and bottom of cooking chamber. Bought this Camp Chef (CC) griddle which fits perfectly into my grill. My grill has 3 cooking grids, the CC griddle rest on the 2 outboard grids, the center grid is removed and a wood pellet smoking box sits on top of the center burner heat diffusser and under the CC griddle. Works great and keeps the underlying grill clean. The CC griddle is 38 pounds of HEAVY DUTY heat sink steel...food cooks faster than before. Cleans up pretty easily with a purpose built metal grill scraper spatula looking thingy. Grease drains out a drain hole on one end of the griddle, I keep a disposable aluminum pan below the drain hole, sitting on top of the heat diffusser. Without the grease dripping on the 6 cast iron burners, they will last MUCH longer. 5 stars.
