Description
Campo Viejo Cava Brut Sparkling Wine is an elegant, well-balanced sparkling wine that's versatile and food-friendly. Bright and full of fruit notes, this Spanish wine is expressive and elegant with pleasant fruit aromas and hints of biscuit. The palate is round and balanced with apple notes. This dry wine is made with local, hand-picked (70%) and machine-harvested grapes (30%) picked early in the growing season to retain freshness. The bottles remain at rest, under constant temperature and humidity, for at least 18 months in contact with lees. Serve this bubbly wine with charcuterie, fish, rice dishes, white meat and soft cheeses, or use it to make a mimosa. Add some pasión with Campo Viejo wines. Drink Responsibly.

Fantastic Cava!
We love it, especially for the price point. It’s smooth and crisp. We have it with orange juice for mimosas for brunch or straight up with dinner or drinks. Too bad we can’t find it in more places.

This bubbly is bright, fresh with excellent small bubbles - so perfect for mimosa and sparkling cocktails. And a great value, quality. Not as sweet as prosecco.

Not my favorite but it's towards the affordable prices for champagne. Not too sweet, not too dry. Perfect for mixing it woth juice to make mimosas. I prefer other brands' over this one but not bad for the price.

Great affordable sparkling wine. Wonderful by it self or for mimosas. I like to make a whole batch with berries and watermelon. Not too sweet, has a nice acidity, and just the right amount of bubbles- they are not aggressive and easy to drink

Campo Viejo Cava Brut Reserva was the perfect cava for my Easter brunch. It complemented the Lemon cucumber dill and egg salad sandwiches. I love cava by it self or with a splash of orange juice. It complements any meals.
