Extra hold where??? It barely has regular hold strength. This edge control is not for coarse hair or hair that is hard to lay down. In my opinion, it only works well on freshly relaxed hair, otherwise, the holding power is very minimal.

i have fine hair and clear gel can hold better than this edge control. this product doesn’t hold that great in the heat will lift and is super greasy doesn’t dry down like most edge controls.
My in-expensive goto everytime does exactly what it needs to.

This is one of the best edge gels I’ve ever tried as someone with 3A curly hair. First and foremost, this edge gel has the most amazing smell, and a little goes a long way. Along with this, the gel lasts hours, at a very small price point. The only con is if you’re someone that uses your edge gel on the top of your head baby hairs, it will make your hair greasier faster.

This is the perfect hair gel for my edges. I use it for every day hair styles & to keep my hair in tact when I do my braids. It doesn't make my hair dry. That along with it not creating a lotta buildup in my hair is a major perk for me. It has a long lasting hold but doesn't feel hard like some others. I've bought it more than once & I'd definitely recommend it.

This is pretty bad. Not sure if i received a bad batch but it’s hard. When removing product it feels sticky and product dissolved before I could spread it on hair , yes it does smell nice but overall I can’t use this I tossed in trash!
