Book Synopsis
A laugh-out-loud picture book about the intrepid Captain Danger, his trusty sidekick dog Django and their impressively perilous adventures For kids ages 4-8 who love Captain Underpants and Bunny vs Monkey! Captain Danger isn't afraid of anything. Not of dragons or the dark, and not even of you! With his faithful dog Django at his side, Captain Danger is ready for any adventure that might come his way. So, when his shadow mysteriously flies away, he decides to find it at any cost.Clad, as ever, in only his underpants and socks, Captain Danger embarks on his most perilous quest yet. He must journey to the treacherous Cut-It-Out Island, across the Deep Blue Sea - and he doesn't even have a boat! Luckily the Captain always loves a bit of a danger, and there's a giant octopus heading their way that seems to be promising just that...
As Captain Danger and Django adventure across the sea and through Cut-It-Out Island in search of the stupid shadow, they encounter powerful mermaids, pet sharks and even a playful dragon! But with all these dangerous and exciting distractions, will the Captain ever find his stupid shadow?
Captain Danger and the Stupid Shadow is a laugh-out-loud picture book, perfect for adventurous younger readers. Filled with riotously colorful illustrations, it is ideal for fans of Dav Pilkey's Captain Underpants series, and Bunny vs Monkey by Jamie Smart.
