Caraway Home 14pc Prep Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main reason I bought this set was for the utensils, but I added on the knives as my previous set is pretty old and warn.Quick review of the pros and cons:Pros:- Knives are sharp and include a nice variety- Scissors are sharp and easy to use and clean- Spatula, scraper, spoon and wooden server are great, they are exactly what I was looking for- I like the color scheme, the blue matches our other Caraway products perfectlyCons:- Utensils and knives holder is a little big, you can see the gap in the pictures- Wooden tongs are not good. The mechanism to close and open them stick closed which is not ideal- I don't prefer the knife holder, its a little too easy to get them outOverall, these are solid. If the tongs did not stick I would rate this 4-5 stars, that is my biggest con.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is beautiful. I generally have nothing on my counters but this set is beautiful enough to display? Love them, so sharp. Cut thru stuff like butter! Gonna give a set to my daughter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't think to measure the space between the counter to my cupboards. This fits right under it but in order to get the items out you have to lift them up, if you try to tilt them out the whole thing falls over. It would be nice if they angled out. Due to this I have to move the tray they are in out each time. Also, for the price I'd suggest branding the tray so it doesn't look so generic.

The piece looks great on any countertop but the quality of the wood is not great very fragile I’ve had mine for about a year and I try not to use them so they don’t change in color ... the knifes are great but the plastic edges starting to crack ... and that’s without ever putting them in dishwasher

Used my DILs set to compare with other brand of knives that I currently own. Besides being beautiful they are quality knives and utensils.
