I tried to reach out to the company and they said I could ship the knives in (at my expense) and they would determine replacement and it would take up to 8 weeks.     We have had these for 2 months and the metal is already showing signs of discoloration and what almost looks like rust. They are hand washed and dried when used. They are just really cheap. The scissors are garbage. I would not buy this set again.
