Love the look of these and they seemed to work well but now 1.5 years later, they are all breaking

Although the knife set is cute, it doesn't last. I got this as a wedding gift Feb 2023 and it is now Nov 2024 and the knife are all cracked and falling apart.

Multiple knives have broken in less than a year of use.

It’s so pretty, but after only a year all of the knives are cracking. Unfortunate.

Knife’s break fairly early on. The steak knife’s do not have metal through the handle and the plastic breaks when pressure is applied.

Knife set works well at first but falls apart too quickly with safety concerns. The knives have formed cracks around the handles where the blade is secured which is very unsafe. These cracks have formed over time through normal use (primarily cutting vegetables like onions and tomatoes and dicing chicken). The blades are starting to protrude from the knife as the cracks worsen. This is highly unsafe and could cause a serious injury. I will need to replace this set after less than two years of use. I wouldn’t recommend adding this to your wedding registry as it does not last over time.

Extremely disappointed in this set. I bought it because I thought Cuisinart was a reputable brand, however after having the set for not even a year, each piece began to fall apart. First, the scissors broke apart, then the plastic handles of the knives began to crumble off and break, leaving the knives extremely dangerous to use, as the blade moves when you try to cut with it. The pieces that aren’t broke. Have brown cracks in them. Just awful. I would love a refund.

Although I wish the color of the block was a little different, the set looks good on my counter. The knives are very sharp and have a good feel when being used

Like this set, but I noticed they crack by the handle screws not sure if this was because I put them in the dishwasher. I hand wash them now. Not broken just a cracked. Still very nice

Set came with numerous scratches and black marks on multiple knives. Otherwise beautiful and all knives are functional despite the cosmetic blemishes.

Absolutely love these! I was a little nervous about the quality but I have nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend if you’re debating about it.

I’ve only had my set a couple of months and the wood scrapes very easily and one of the knife handles already cracked in three places. I’m so dissappointed. I’m unable to return because it is past the days. This was my Mother’s Day gift and was not worth it.

This knife set was a wedding gift and we have loved it! The knifes are all very sharp and the variety is great!

This is a really high quality beautiful kitchen knife set. The white really pops! I did see some similar cheaper sets at T.J.Maxx after buying this so I could have probably saved some money, but I’m content with this purchase!

I purchased a set of these for my daughter’s first apartment in August. She was so impressed with the quality, I decided I would order a set so that I could send off my professional grade knives for sharpening. Almost immediately one of the steak knives was found in the bottom or my KitchenAid dishwasher with a burn from the heating element. I thought it was a random accident until yesterday when the paring knife came out severely burned. I regularly place kid cup lids, smoothie straws, even IKEA children’s plastic silver through my dishwasher and have never had this happen. I don’t know if it is the light weight construction of the handle that causes it to migrate to the bottom of my dishwasher or a fault of my dishwasher. My daughter has not had a problem with the old economy apartment dishwasher. We will continue to use this set but will hand wash the knives to avoid ruining more pieces are having a more serious hazard.

I purchased this knife set because I loved the aesthetic and I loved my other Cuisinart set. However, this set is so disappointing. I purchased in may 2023 and so many of the knives have cracks in the handles. It's past the return limit so I can't do anything about it. Save yourself some time and frustration and don't purchase.
