At first the pans are very pretty, In less than 6 months they have chipped around the edges, more like chunks missing and are sharp. I contacted Caraway and they said I caused the issue by tapping utensils on the sides and by using the dishwasher. I have only used silicone covered utensils and hand wash. Nevertheless they won’t stand behind it. I have owned many cheaper pans and have never had them chip away at the edges the way these have. I would not recommend anyone purchase from Caraway.

We purchased the white because well it is beautiful. At first it felt like the pans worked amazing. But within the first few uses. If oil got on the sides it atcha and we cannot get it clean no matter what the cleaning. It scratched on first use. And now the pan itself sticks and takes hours of soaking and still may not come clean.

My only issue is the ceramic cooking part where you cook your food on gets scratched very easily and chips at your expensive pot. I don’t like that part as I spent a lot of money and take care of my pots and it still does that.

My burner sizes are what is listed in the FAQ. My next purchase will have to be flat bottom pans that make better contact with the induction burners, Caraway does not work for this.

I never thought as an adult I would happily own a pink cookware set, but here we are. The pans cook evenly and work very well with my induction cook top. I’m am looking forward to buying the mini set in the rose quartz color.

Purchased this set in August 2021. I cook everyday, multiple times, and use this as my only cookware. I’m not sure these are intended for everyday use. Food has started to stick on both pans, even at low temperatures. I hand wash and air dry, NEVER use a temperature setting higher than, “5” and use a timer set at 1 minute to warm up the pan before adding an oil or butter or anything to the pan(s). The Dutch oven is still in great condition. When I mean, “stick”, I mean food particles stuck on even after multiple hand washing attempts and a baking-powder+water overnight soak. I’m heartbroken as these started off great but now, I have had to purchase a replacement from another company. Good luck to those that purchase these! I hope you get more than 2-3 years usage!

The Caraway set is aesthetically pleasing, however, it is very easy to scratch. We followed all their rules on care, but scratches still magically formed. This started happening around a year after purchasing them and the warranty is only one year. Customer service is fast — I reached out to them a little after my warranty was over (unfortunately), but they would not replace or fix my sauté pan or my Dutch oven and just gave me advice on care instructions (things I already knew).
