Pretty Good for Keto Bread
I have just last week come onboard with this bread...the best LOW CARB I've had. Now I'm actually excited (sort of) to go on a keto diet for the next 2 months. All those reviews that mention the weird texture and that it falls apart, I wonder if they are really talking about the "Gluten-Free" version of this bread? I mistakenly bought three gluten-free loaves, and it did fall apart easily, and doesn't toast well at all. The regular version-with gluten-toasts really well. It's not a very dense bread, like Ezekial bread, but it does the job and does satisfy the need for a sandwich-y type meal...and having TOAST with my sunny-side up eggs!!!

Love this bread!
I buy 2 or 3 loaves at a time when on sale and keep them in the freezer. I prefer my bread toasted and by keeping it in the freezer this extends shelf life. It's ok not toasted but when toasted I can't tell a difference between this and regular toast. Love all the sesame seeds.

Pros: Calories and protein per slice, size slices, cute packaging Cons: Bad/rancid taste, psyllium husk added to bulk up fiber to make it 'keto", stomach cramps and GI issues, high cost/loaf (especially when it's gross and makes you sick!) Don't buy this bread unless you like bread that tastes rancid and slightly fishy/chemically (but isn't turned rancid). If you do buy it, beware extreme stomach cramps and GI issues. Definitely don't feed this to birds.

Carry this more places!!
PLEASE CARRY THIS, more target locations! I can’t get this where I live at target but I can pay more for it at another store. The white GF bread is better and the cinnamon raisin is divine, but this bread might be the best thing that’s ever happened to me. It feels like I imagine real bread would but haven’t had gluten in 20 years so wouldn’t know. I refuse to use any other GF sandwich bread now.

Wow amazing texture and flavor
I have purchased this bread for over a year and so happy Target carries this soft, nutty bread. Also love the fact it’s low in carbs, has fiber and great flavor. It is more expensive than most breads but it is a healthier version if you want a piece of bread. I have recommended this bread to several of my friend’s.

Falls apart, why is it pink??
I got this from the freezer section at whole foods tbh, but needed to write this review SOMEWHERE. This is the worst kwto bread I've had. It falls apart no matter what you do with it, and is this bread supposed to be pink? The whole loaf is uniformly pink like something oxidized in the dough.

Eat it quickly, it doesn't last long
I like this bread quite a bit for it's content, taste and texture although it tastes quite different than "normal" bread. The issue I've been having with it is that I don't eat it every day and it goes to mold VERY quickly. You need to keep it in the freezer or plan to finish it within a week (which shouldn't be hard as there aren't a lot of slices in the loaf). I just threw away half a loaf that was totally covered with pretty green mold and it's the third time I had to throw some away.
