Perfect size.

Perfect size vitamins and amounts not too much over 100%. They should lower some to be closer to womens rda.Like the vitamin A.( so eady to get in the diet,) zinc and copper. Dont need much to supplement a healthy diet.

Vitamin more in line with requirements than most others

Most vitamins contain so much more than the body requires. Carlson's mini-multi is the closest that can be found to our base requirements. (An overabundance is not good for the body or the wallet!)

Good vitamin

I tried so many vitamins before finding this and they all made me sick in someway or another. This vitamin is small and simple just what I wanted! It is very mild and gentle on my overly sensitive stomach. I only wish that they have 100% of chromium and iodine but other than that it’s very similar to the one I took in the past that have been discontinued so I am a happy camper:)
