Q: I've charged the item for most of the day, there is a green light but it's not turning on at all. Not sure if it's fully charged.
A: Hi Dani, when charging the Casabella Power Spin Scrubber, you will see a green light from the start if the unit has not been turned off properly. To make sure your unit charges, unplug the scrubber and make sure the power switch has been turned off. Plug the unit back in, and you should see a red light on the power adapter. The red light will turn green to indicate the unit has been properly charged. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us at 1-800-493-2205, and a member of our team would be happy to assist you.
