Q: Will this get off the bad hard water stains in a porcelain toilet?
A: Try The Works toilet bowl cleaner.
submitted byMelissaRD - 9 months agoA: Hi Lakoi, although the scrubber is water resistant it is not waterproof. We don't recommend submerging it in water. With that said, you can use on hard water stains however, it may only lighten them depending on how long the stain has been there and the type of cleaner you are using.

Q: Is the head totally submersible in a bucket of water? Can it be used as a hand-held unit for cleaning smaller areas like bathroom sink vanity?
A: No. Do not submerge the product in water or other liquids. This scrubber does not shrink down to a handheld size. We sell a handheld unit if you are looking for a short-handled product.

Q: I want to use this with sponges for my new shower. Won't the spinning tear up the sponges?
A: This scrubber comes only with brush attachments. We have a Casabella Power Spin Scrub and Shine attachment set that I would recommend if you're looking for a sponge-like head. This head shouldn't tear as long as you're using it on a smooth and flat surface.
