Q: Does this scrubber have a built-in soap dispenser? I'm not understanding how it cleans...where does the soap/ cleaner come from?

A: Hi jelln, no there is no built-in soap dispenser. You would still need to spray down your shower with a cleaning agent and use as directed. However, this scrubber allows you to get the job done quicker and with less force. Hope this helps!

Too hard to change brush heads. Spins super fast which makes it difficult to hold onto the handle. It needs a speed control setting and a better grip in order to hang onto it while trying to use it. It would probably work well for someone with huge hands!!!!

I saw electronic cleaning scrubbers on tik tok for a long time but didn’t pull the trigger until I saw this at target for a reasonable price. HOLY COW, I’m so annoyed I didn’t get it sooner. It’s a pretty powerful spin and made me chuckle at first because I really had to lock in to drive it, but it’s getting some of the toughest stains in my bathtub up so easily. Huge fan, I’ve already texted my whole family about it.

Disappointed, picked up this item upon opening I noticed one brush was missing didn’t think much of it until I pick up the other brush and noticed it was dirty out of the box. Upon taking a closer look I noticed hair in the brush. Between one brush missing and another being dirty i realized this was used then returned.

I was excited to use this on our shower and floors. Initially, the device was easy to charge and it included several brush sizes to tackle different areas. While it worked, it was great. However after a couple of uses, the brush stopped working. The concept and design is great, but the mechanism is faulty.

Kind of heavy to hold for extended amounts of time when cleaning. Didn’t really help to clean my tile grout as I had expected. The rechargeable aspect is good. Was rather pricey for the cleaning results.

I bought mine a month or so back, my sister and I both got one. At first it seemed to work alright, but when I cleaned with it, the rotating arm won't stay in place. Also when I changed the attachment the other attachments won't stay on and now none will stay on it just goes shooting off and won't work. My sisters however works fine :(

I’m always looking for new toys to clean with because I work in a nursing home and some things need special attention and let me tell you something this thing right here is the best thing ever. I used this in my tiled shower and it barely worked. You can't push down hard enough to actually scrub anything. Seems flimsy and cheap. I ended up returning it after one use. Just buy a hand brush and do it yourself. It'll save you a headache.

Brush head attachment broke during first use

Disappointed- it worked ok for a a few minutes until the brush head attachment came loose from the handle, and is stuck inside one of the brush heads and will not come out at all. Won’t lock to handle anymore, so can’t even use the brush head that the attachment is stuck in. Will have to return.
