With that said, you can use on hard water stains however, it may only lighten them depending on how long the stain has been there and the type of cleaner you are using.

Can’t rate it because it was not given to me in my pickup order. And when I try online to fix an issue it states I’m unable to do anything with this particular item of my order. And in store they say it’s not there and they aren’t sure if it was given to me or not. So now I’m just out $55 dollars.

I chose not to listen to the reviews when I bought the item I bought the spin brush along with attachments. It did clean my shower well but unfortunately, it corroded at the charging port, so I am unable to use it after 1 use. I will be returning it to the store.

DO NOT BUY!
Literally broke while I was doing my first cleaning with it. The part that attaches the brushes is what broke, so it’s not like I could quickly fix it. And for the price of $60ish VERY disappointing and not worth it. After I had to return the first one because it was missing some of the parts and had the wrong charger.

Super excited to use it first time I used it cleaned my tub started on the floor one pass and the head fell off and wouldn’t go back on no matter what I did. Hopefully I still can take it back maybe I got a defective one…seems to be a pattern with the great stuff I find at Target….

Great for cleaning showers!
I have had this product for over a year now & it has been my favorite tool for cleaning my shower tile. The extendable pole allows me to adjust it to the position that feels comfortable. I can reach high into my shower with it. When I want to clean areas that are closer like my sink, I just remove the middle portion. I saw others had issue with charging, but I have a feeling that they are not turning the switch to the OFF position before charging. If you don't switch to off it won't hold a charge, so you just need to press it off before you charge.

Had for less than a year and won’t pier on. Their sweeper pan combo was crummy as well, broke as soon as I pulled it out of the package. Avoid this brand.

I was thrilled at how well this cleans. Unfortunately, I was only able to charge one time. I don’t know if it’s the tool or the charger cord. I don’t see an option on line to get another cord, hoping it’s just that and someone will reach out from company after see g this.

Loved it, but battery doesn't stay charged.
The first time I used it, I was in love! I even purchased the extra cleaning heads for it (which Amazon included for same price, btw). I'm old, and cleaning the bathtub is sooo hard. But the next time I got it out, it stopped after just a few minutes, even though the charger was green, and I'd charged it for over an hour before starting. I plugged it in again, showed red, then after 5 minutes, it turned green again, and I began to clean. This time I was able to finish the job. Next time, same thing happened, only this time, it is not starting up again. I'm going to take it back to Target, and may try it again, hoping I got a defective one. I like the concept. It does take some getting used to, but it cleaaned really well. Hoping for a more positive outcome. Also, I wish the holder was not just for a shower or clothes rod. I don't want it hanging in my shower all the time; I'd rather let the attachments I've used dry separately, and hang the scrubber up next to my small vacuum, mops, etc. in the closet.

Very strong 600RPM is effective but hard to handle. I'm a short senior but might be okay if you are tall and strong. Also only 2 of the brushes provided work on flat surfaces but the corner and rounded brushes are ineffective/wimpy. Pads are available with separate purchase.

Worked great at first but now its broken
I bought this product about 2 months ago. Was super excited and it worked great for the first couple of uses. I loved it so much I bought one for my friend. Mine stopped spinning after the 3rd use, I've already thrown away the packaging so can't return. Now it just sits with my cleaning supplies taunting me with memories of how good it was.

Malfunctioning after 14 months.
I’ve used this product a few times over the past 14 months I’ve owned it. On average 4 times a month. After sitting for the past month, I’ve noticed the the motor that drives the spinning head has been struggling to keep up with the normal cleaning I do around my home. Today, the motor began to spin intermittently. This is different than the battery being dead because when that happens the motor doesn’t spin at all. I tried to charge it for a few hours but when I came back to try cleaning with it again it is back to being intermittent. I’m very disappointed as this spin scrubber has been a godsend for the last year.
