The packaging was excellent — every piece was carefully placed in its own spot, nothing was loose. The metal parts feel solid, and the coating is even and high-quality. Installation was smooth and the instructions were clear. So far, everything works perfectly: the water flow is strong and consistent, and the handles turn smoothly. It will help wash the little kid's hair in the bath or even an adult's hair. I was also excited to use it on my dog. Once installed I will update my review on the performance.
