I can’t control the volume with this case. Thankfully I kept my old one. Very disappointed.

Saved my phone!
I love the quality of the case and ease of the buttons. My phone was in this case and did a cartwheel down the stairs. My phone has no damage but the case cracked on the top and bottom. I highly recommend.

Very Pretty. Poorly made.
Gorgeous case! I had to return because the first didn’t fit, although I purchased the correct size. The second I could get onto my phone (13 Pro), but the buttons and cutouts don’t align correctly. It also doesn’t cover the edge of my phone. The silence switch cutout is also twice the size of the pictures online. I’m extremely confused. I’ve never had these with such a pricey phone case before.

Beautiful, well made case.
It is a lovely, sturdy case. The case is a little thick, but my phone feels very secure in it. The buttons work great, the ports and ringer switch are easy to access. My order was shipped very quickly with no problem.

Cute, but didn't do a good job at protecting my phone
The case is really cute, however, my brand new iPhone 13 fell from my pocket (for reference I'm only 4'11") and it didn't survive about a 3 foot fall from my pocket to the ground with this case. These cases really have no "cushion" and yes they've been drop tested, but it doesn't mean they work 100% of the time. My issue is it didn't even work the first time for me. Thankfully I have AppleCare, but I ended up switching phone case companies. Yesterday I fell off my longboard rather violently with my phone, the new case saved my phone soooo needless to say my Casemate will end up staying in my drawer. If you want a case just for looks, go for it. Otherwise, I wouldn't really trust this to do the best job protecting your phone.
