[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really looking forward to using my cast-iron beer can roaster. We grill out a lot in the summer and I’m looking forward to roasting a chicken in this new way. I’m also looking for other recipes to use it as well. I love the fact that it is cast-iron. I have used several cast iron skillet and love the Way food taste by using them and the fact that they last forever.

Better than original way
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The large base and cone helps to keep the chicken positioned correctly. Cleaning was tedious for the cone, but other than that was fine. I liked that it is easy to balance and you can easily add whatever ingredients to it. The old stand I had didn’t really allow for a wide range of shapes/sizes of ingredients. The chicken came out so tender and flavorful. It was easy to move off/on the grill. Definitely happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haw always wanted to try a cast iron roaster especially for grilling chicken. We own a gas grill and I like BBQ chicken with the skin still on which is some times hard to perfect. The roaster is amazing! You put your poultry on the funnel on top when you roast which is detachable. On the bottom, you can infuse your bird with dripping and spices, or even vegetables to cook along with your dinner. The bird cooked beautifully. Also, cleaning up the mess was way easier than clean up the mess when using a beer can to cook chicken with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The outset cast iron beer can roaster is a sturdy, well designed smoker accessory. It has a wide base to keep the chicken from tipping. The funnel- like opening can be removed from the base to easily add liquid and clean it out easily. You can also add garlic and herbs to the liquid to add extra flavor! I feel that the liquid dissipates at a slow and steady rate to keep the chicken nice and moist. This is a great gift option for BBQ smoker enthusiasts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cast iron beer can roaster is awesome! We have a charcoal and a gas grill and have enjoyed using this for beer can chicken. I seasoned it prior to use. I like the compartment to roast garlic as well! I am thinking that I will try roasting onions and maybe some other vegetables. I am also going to try this at least once in the oven. We are looking forward to using this during the summer!

Waiting until the weather warms up to use it on the grill for beer butt chicken, but if it turns out anything like the garlic I roasted I'll be very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brother loves to BBQ and he was thrilled to get this Cast Iron Beer Can Roaster. It is made of seasoned cast iron and is heavy and well made. Not very big at about 6" tall and comes in 2 pieces. The bottom bowl will hold seasoning, garlic or the juices from your cooking chicken with beer. Also use to do vegetables or small pieces of meat on the grill. The top attaches easily and you place your chicken over the small opening in the chicken's cavity. Comes with a recipe right on the box explaining how to prepare it. Also includes instructions on how to cure the cast iron. Can be used on the grill or also in the oven. He was excited about it and recommends it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off : read directions Second: season cooker with oil and bake @ 400 for 1 hour Third: get liquids and seasonings in pot Fourth: put bird on Fifth: roast and infuse your bird Sixth:prepare to be utterly amazed with what an INTENSE INFUSION of flavor taste like. The juices and seasonings cook into the inside and keep the bird so moist. This little roaster is a really good item to have. I would definitely recommend this roaster to all.
