Add 1/2 teaspoon to 1/2 glass (4 fl. oz.) of water every 2 hours, or as directed by physician. Dissolve completely in water. Accurately measure 1/2 teaspoon. Do not take more than the following amounts in 24 hours. Seven 1/2 teaspoons. Three 1/2 teaspoons if you are over 60 years. Do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks.Adults and Children 2 Years of Age and Older:
For Use as a Paste: Add enough water to the sodium bicarbonate to form a paste. Apply to the affected area of the skin as needed, or as directed by a doctor. For Use as a Soak in the Bath: Dissolve 1 to 2 cups in a tub of warm water. Soak for 10 to 30 minutes as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Pat dry (do not rub) to keep a thin layer on the skin. For Use as a Compress or Wet Dressing: Add sodium bicarbonate to water to make a mixture in a container. Soak a clean, soft cloth in the mixture. Apply cloth loosely to affected area for 15-30 minutes. Repeat as needed or as directed by a doctor. Discard mixture after each use.Children Under 2 Years:

I used it to get rid of lipstick that I had accidentally gotten on my duvet (attached before and after pics) and it was completely gone! The only reason I bumped off a star is that I was so excited about the resealable feature of the bag but parts of the product does leak through, which I had to find out the hard way.

Now I can use it everywhere: for carpet cleaning, washing machine refresh, deodorizing pet areas, mopping floors, and even cooking. I really like the helpful illustrations on the back of the package! lots of ideas on where baking soda can come in handy. The resealable closure is super convenient and works perfectly. The soda itself is excellent quality. I’ve been using this brand for years and it never disappoints. This new bag, though, is a huge improvement over the old cardboard box. It’s moisture resistant, easy to store, and I highly recommend getting this size!

I also use it when I make DIY carpet powder, and it never clumps… just sprinkles evenly and makes rugs and carpets smell clean again. It’s amazing in laundry too, brightening and freshening without being harsh. And the best part? The value is incredible. One little bag does so much, it feels like magic for just a couple dollars.
