The platform above the large drawer is not included (the one with the large cutout that goes above the litter tray). I purchased 2 of these, and it's not in either box and isn't shown on the instructions. It's a pretty important piece to leave out and is clearly shown in the images. One of the side walls has screw holes in the wrong place, no matter how you flip it. One of the drawer faces has the screw holes drilled so close to the edge of the drawer that the screw heads stick out past the side of it. Overall, the material is fine for the price, and this would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for the shelf being left out from the build and careless drilling. I added some waterproof black contact paper to the outside to keep moisture off of the particle board, and added some silicone sheets to the drawer for the same reason. I still gave it 3 stars because I can make it work for it's purpose and it's nice that I can see inside and keep an eye on my cats. The doors are a really nice design as well, but the corners are really sharp. They slow close.

Terrible quality. Lots of damage and visible screws. Looks so poor in comparison to the pictures. The vinyl is peeling off the particle board on nearly every piece. What a hunk of junk. They literally photoshopped out all of the visible screws on this thing. The front of a single drawer alone has 8 screw heads on the front of the drawer.
