Q: Height | Is the height stated (12.75 inches) from the base to the top of the metal portion where the bulb goes? So, if I had a 7 inch harp - the total height would be 19.75? (without a finial)

Q: How does the shade attach? This slip Uno you refer to, is that the type of attachment that sits on the bulb itself? And can you purchase a different type of shade attachment for this lamp? One with screws and hold the shade off the bulb?
A: Hi tidally - We appreciate you shopping lighting décor at Target. The slip UNO design of this clear lamp base does require a shade that will sit directly on the socket. A harp or spider type shade fitter is not compatible with the lamp base. Thanks! - Philip
