Book Synopsis

A native of Chicago, Illinois, Kathleen Nuyttens Chancellor is the great- granddaughter of artist and illustrator Josef Pierre Nuyttens. His most notable works were his illustrations for books, including The Flying Girl, The Flying Girl and Her Chum, Phoebe Darling, and Annabel by L. Frank Baum, who was best known for his children's fantasy books, particularly The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Kathleen was always inspired by the Bible and religion, which quickly paints her character.

After moving to Texas she went to school, married, and became the mother of two sons. Kathleen became the manager of a hotel and later worked for the Transportation Security Administration and Walmart.

When Kathleen's granddaughter was born she began writing short stories in a whimsical and imaginative way, to introduce her to and encourage her to learn about Jesus and the Bible. Since then, with two more granddaughters came more stories, introducing them to Jesus and prayer in a cute, warm, and welcoming way.
