Perfect for fermenting vegetables and pickling. I also season foods with it because it has a nice flavor, not to mention all the natural minerals in this salt.

My daughter and I have been using this course salt for at least three years. I keep a jar next to the stove. We take a pinch or two to sprinkle on our food. I don't use a salt shaker any more. This stuff is wonderful.

I love this salt. I have some in a lidded spice container and keep it in my purse, so that when I go to a restaurant, I can use this salt instead of regular table salt. I cook with it also. If you look at the ingredients of table salt, you'll see it is full of weird and often harmful ingredients. But this is good stuff. Now that I'm on a low-carb, high-fat diet, I don't retain excess water. (Carbohydrates hold onto lots of water.) I use this salt freely and highly recommend it.

I bought a bag after reading all the rave reviews, though I was concerned that my husband might scoff and think that Celtic Sea Salt was just another gimmicky food fad. Wrong! My husband and I both love this salt. It just tastes better!
