I broke my 5th metatarsal in my left foot in January and had to have a plate surgically inserted to repair the damage. The doctor gave me compression sleeves and they help but they bunch up so I use them only at home and when I sleep. I only wear Darn Tough wool sox but they don't sell compression sox and recommended CEP on their website. I received the pair today and when I put it on my foot it felt a sense of relief as if saying ahhh. It's nice and snug and keeps my foot from throbbing or swelling.
