Deer arrived broken. Customer service wanted me to return the broken deer to get replacements… and then the replacements arrived broken too. The way Target has packaged my most recent orders is abysmal. 50/50 chance anything breakable will make it. What a waste.

I ordered 4 deer and they arrived completely obliterated, they were individually wrapped with shredded paper in a massive box. They didn’t stand a chance. Now target wants me to go out of my way to ship the BROKEN PIECES back in order for me to get a refund, this type of service is absolute garbage. I already threw the broken deer away. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Do better Target.

I do really like the clean look of the decor but it was just wrapped in a thin wrapping paper and the box did not have any markings that the content was fragile so I would buy in store but never order cause of bad handling

Ok yes these little deer are so cute but the shipping ....girl what. Both of mine were wrapped but placed in a MASSIVE box with another heavy item, they didn't stand a chance. Thankfully the replacement process is easy but having to ship another box due to terrible packaging is so wasteful.

Ordered 2 deer, one arrived with broken antler and it wasn't even in the box, which means they sent one broken. Very mad now I have a deer with no antler. Please pay attention and don't send me broken merchandise. Otherwise they are nice

Tired of Target just throwing breakables in a big box together with nothing to keep them from breaking. Received this deer with no horns. Looks like it could have been glued but the rest of the horns WEREN’T EVEN IN THE BOX. That means they put it in the box like this. Quality control SUCKS!!!! Do better TARGET because this happens way too often and not just with me.
