A: The AM has spf in it and as such is less creamy and hydrating for the evening. I recommend buying the PM for bedtime.

I really wanted to love this product. I have the CeraVe PM moisturizer and love it, and I wanted to make my morning routine one less step. I truly think the sunscreen added to this is just what makes me not like it. Whenever I apply on my face, it leaves a white cast and I have to really focus on making sure every bit is rubbed in. But then, after rubbing it in it starts to peel leaving tiny white particles all over my face and in my hair…. I do use hyaluronic acid before applying, maybe that’s what causes the peel? Either way, I won’t be re-buying.

I love using moisturizers but often am concerned about sunscreen too due to having fair skin. This is a great option for both needs! I love using cleansers from CeraVe that are so gentle on my skin. This doesn’t feel sticky like sunscreen. I would recommend this for anyone with sensitive skin as this is super gentle and fair skin as well!

I have combo skin but decided to try this. It's a no for me. Unless you have oily skin I wouldn't bother. I am lighter skinned, nearly translucent, and it leaves even me looking with a slight white cast. It's not moisturizing in the least, likely due to the SPF in it. It also doesn't make sense, as you'd need a good amount of product to even moisturize your skin, but apply too much and you have a white cast and/or pilling. Just using a moisturizer then SPF after is more sensible. Haven't found a good combo product, sadly.

This lotion seems light when applied, but it doesn't sink in so comes off quickly with sweat. Not a useful daily SPF. Will likely go back to the Olay daily moisturizer I've always used.

I want to like this product but can't. It does not absorb completely and leaves a white residue on my face that actually pills up. I eventually take a towel or dry wash cloth and wipe my face down to get the residue & pillage off. It does seem to moisturize well though.

This moisturizer was just ok. I used both day and night. Not much difference between the two. I think it was a little too moisturizing maybe not for my skin type. Very affordable price. It can be purchased at any drug store.

I liked the way it felt on my skin, and it did well under makeup, but as others have stated, the pilling is HORRIBLE. Impossible to tell how much is actually still on your face after you've brushed all the bits away.

Possibly the worst spf ever. Not only is 30 insufficient especially when mixed with a moisturizer, you’d think the low spf would leave room for a nice formula. I do want to say I LOVE cerave and have liked everything else I’ve tried from this brand. This stuff is so chunky and pilly that it is ridiculous.

This is a great moisturizer for your face that also includes spf. Only downfall is that for POC, it does give a slight white cast in the beginning so you just have to blend it in really well.

This moisture doubles as a sunscreen and has amazing ingredients to help with my skin. This is the only thing I use after washing my face in the morning and I won't switch to anything else now. I am currently on my third bottle !

I like the convenience of being both a moisturizer and a sunscreen. However, for me it's a little hard to blend in. It sometimes pills, which I'm not a fan of. It also does have a visible whitecast, especially if you have darker skin like me.

Hi There! Depending on the formulation, chemical sunscreens may be easier to rub into the skin and are less likely to leave a white cast. Like mineral sunscreens, chemical sunscreens should also be applied 15 minutes before sun exposure, to effectively protect your skin from UV rays.

Love this moisturizer because it already has SPF in it and it doesn’t feel oily like most sunscreens. It’s very hydrating and easy to reapply too if you don’t forget!
