A: I believe you can. I do and haven't gotten a reaction, even with my sensitive skin. They do have a seperate eye cream though.

A: From what I've heard and read, you can just put it on after you cleanse your face. So I don't think it matters too much when you apply it, but is highly recommended for night time use.
