My husband is on a low sodium diet due to needing a liver transplant. The unsalted challenge butter is perfect because it taste just as good being used on recipes toast and more. My husband is having trouble getting used to no salt. With this Challenge butter he can't even tell the difference between both salted and unsalted butter. My kids also have no complaints with Challenge Butter. A great value for a great quality.
