There’s a drawstring which you can adjust the waist with. There’s also pockets on each side I felt like the length was not bad at all on these shorts I am typically a size 14 I ordered them in an extra large and I feel like they fit perfectly I received an incentive to write this review.

My daughter is wearing a size small which is her normal size. For size reference she is 5‘3“ tall and was approximately 125 pounds. These pair nicely with a solid white tank or even a T-shirt. They have a soft wide elastic waist band with a matching draw string at the waist. The fabric is super soft. They have a raw edge or cut off style hem and slit pockets on each side. The length is perfect for running and working out. Most importantly these are super comfortable and are the perfect shorts for hanging around the house or quick errands. They do have a tie to tighten the waist if needed. The legs seem wider than needed to me. I think they are really comfortable for lounging around the house purposes. I am normally a size 4/6 so size wise I think the small fit really nice. They are a beautiful blue color and really could match to most anything. I’m 5 foot nine and 135 pounds wearing a size small, as you can see these are pretty relaxed and oversized. I like throwing these on first thing in the morning as I’m Getting up for the day and doing house chores. These are also great to wear outside when riding bikes are going for a walk. I usually wear a small-xs in shorts, these are loose fit so they are supposed to be big and baggy. I got a small (usually an xs in target clothes for reference) and I love them :) went back for another color also….

The teal color really pops and goes with any shirt and the drawstring makes them adjustable! I usually wear a size XXL and i ordered a XXL, which fit perfectly…making them true to size!
