This is the only iron I've ever taken that doesn't upset my stomach, even at three times the normal dose. You can take it with or without food, which is really convenient. My gynecologist recommended I start taking raw iron as a way to combat my chronic anemia. I tried for years on and off to take the "traditional" iron supplements, but always stopped because of the stomach upset and constipation. I am so thankful for her recommendation, because the raw iron is amazing. I have no stomach upset, no nausea and no constipation. I am on a 90 day program and will have iron levels checked to see how they worked for my body. Thank you for this wonderful product!

Have been taking this and Healthy Blood for almost 3 weeks now and I feel better. I am iron deficient and anemic and had run out of my other iron pills so ordered these. I went about 4 days with no iron pills and I could tell. Since starting these I feel much better!

I buy these for my daughter. She has been a vegan for about 4 years. Vitamin Code Raw keeps her iron levels on point and we know this because of periodic blood work. The only problem is, most stores don’t carry the RAW Iron so we now order direct.

I have suffered from being anemic for quite some time now. I started this regime daily along with code D vitamin and notice no side affects. I feel energetic!! and it does not hurt my stomach at all. Blood work in 3 months and we will see the results. I am actually looking forward to it :)

This is a great product - it’s nice that it contains vitamin C for better absorption, as well as B12. I love that it’s vegan Whole Food iron. It’s the only iron supplement I have ever been able to tolerate.

I have restless leg syndrome, and I need to keep my stored iron levels up to avoid having issues. This iron helps me to that. Taking other iron tablets gave me black tarry stools, this doesn't. Much, much healthier for me. I like that Garden of Life is plant-based.

I had been having leg cramps and cramps in my arches because my iron was low. I was taking a vitamin with iron but I found if I forgot to take the vitamin I had cramps again at night. I switched to Vitamin Code Raw Iron 3 weeks ago. I have not had any cramps. I seem to have more energy and I swear my stomach is shrinking (a bonus!)
