I haven’t even used it for longer than 20mins and it broke, horrible

I love my straw cover! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it and how it compliments the Elphaba Stanley cup. It was worth the price to me. I was a little nervous when I saw other reviews that were saying theirs was broken. I am gentle with removing from the straw since I’ve was hearing the different stories of it coming apart. I’ve been using mine for a week and no issues and I am so happy about that !!

I love the topper but the part that goes on the straw broke off the hat, so I had to hot glue it back on. I wish it had come with a stronger glue.

Immediately broke. The plastic piece that covers the straw detached from the hat. Didn’t even get a chance to use it.

Beautiful 18K GOLD PLATED METAL straw topper! Im happy Stanley thought to make this straw topper to complete the look and function of the cup! To dispel the confusion of some reviewers that have not seen this in person, this is a metal straw topper and it’s plated in 18K GOLD. It is NOT plastic made to look like metal! It should be hand washed with gentle detergent. It also doesn’t look cheap and the quality is good. I have not had any problems with my straw topper mechanism attaching to the straw and I have 4 that is being actively used by others in my household. My one criticism is that the Elphaba straw topper is missing emerald bling! I highly recommend this product to complete your Wicked Stanley cup before it’s sold out!

Love the idea but it has already started to fall apart after a couple days of use. The actual stopper (white silicon piece under the hat) has become partially detached. We'll see if I can glue it back and if it will hold.

These toppers are amazing! They look great and the topper actually plugs into the straw. It doesn’t just fit around the straw. I wish this brand made more like this.

This item was canceled by Target not me. Then it showed back in stock at the store, so I tried ordering it again only to be told it was sold out. Not good business practices.

Broke within days. The chain completely snapped apart. For $20 this is insane. It’s cute don’t get me wrong but not worth. Single penny.

Beautiful straw topper but made cheaply for the price. Immediately broke the moment my cup fell over. The charm and the straw cover itself separated upon impact. If Stanley is charging $20 for this then the adhesive between the silicone cover and the charm needs to be able to withstand falls and drops.

Chain was already broken when I opened the package. It looked super cute so I’m bummed I didn’t get a chance to try it. The concept was super cute. Hopefully, they can figure out the quality issue.

This thing seems like a good idea but equality is like Temu. For $20, the quality is lacking and cheap metal looking plastic. In 3 years etc will this still be useable? No. The cups are a little over $50 with red card so these are overpriced. Get one ounce of cleaner or soap, boom the finish is being eaten off. Facts. Cute in Theory.

Disappointed with the quality I was really excited to get this Char Charm, but unfortunately, it arrived in bad condition. It came broken, looked a bit oxidized, and even had visible fingerprints and dirt on it. It honestly seemed like it had already been used or handled roughly before shipping.
