The new easy tear is glued to two rounds of toilet paper and it never pulls off without pulling off two whole rounds of toilet paper. I hate the new Charman easy tire . It does not work right Bring back the old toilet paper. It’s easier to pull. It doesn’t pull off two whole rounds of toilet paper.

I bought the 9 roll pack and out of the 9 rolls, only one of the rolls was normal! Towards the end of the roll the paper was all zig zagged and fell off the roll. A rip off for the cost of this item. Always have been a Charmin user, but no more!

You’ve lowered quality in the inside diameter of the roll has gotten larger so you’re giving us less. I understand price increase, but the lower quality is unforgivable

I am a toilet paper SNOB . I have always bought Charmin for its quality and feel even though it was more expensive than other good brands. I put it in my guest bathroom and was embarrassed by the quality of the multipack I bought. Almost every roll had cut edges and most of it had overlapping layers throughout.it was awful !! Why pay more money when the quality is not there, I was going to attach photos but didn’t see how I could.

I really like your toilet paper. I really do not like the new wavy tearing system. It does not work. Not only does it not work, it creates more toilet paper dust and leaves little pieces that get stuck on my netherregoins. I would really find it helpful if you would go back to the straight line perforations. In the meantime, I will be buying another brand.

We appreciate you reaching out about this, Deb. We want to roll out smoothly, and this is why we updated Charmin Ultra Soft to roll out a bit differently. Our Smooth Tear was intentionally designed for how people actually dispense. Although people do dispense all different ways, they typically are not pulling straight down on the sheet, but multi-directionally at an angle. The angled perforations are now aligned with the angled dispensing direction, which results in needing less force to dispense the sheet, vs dispensing the straight-edged sheet. We're very sorry that this isn't what you experienced when using our smooth tear perforation. Rolling out our best is important to us, which is why we have multiple strict quality controls in place. Charmin Ultra Strong is still a great option if you'd like the traditional perforation, and we also have a softer version with lotion called Charmin Ultra Gentle available as well. This toilet paper is so soft, we have never had any issues, and it is our absolutely favorite brand in toilet paper. If you’re looking for a soft toilet paper to use then this is for you. The pacakging is decent anx quality is good

This is our all-time favorite go to toilet paper. We have tried several brands several styles several types and this is what we always come back to. It takes care of the needs of all family members without complaint. Very absorbent very durable nice packaging and no one complains about the texture.

I've never used a product that was so opposite of what it's advertised as. The Ultrasoft smooth tear toilet paper is terrible. The wavy design is actually worse than what it was before, in my opinion. I probably get a clean tear 1 out of 10 times. Someone in quality control messed up big time. Going to try a new brand, this is very disappointing for a brand I've used most of my life.

The new smooth tear is a joke. It seems to tear off in shreds more often that the straight cut. I hope you drop this idea and go back to what has worked for years. Not all new ideas are good ideas.

For over 15 years I have only ever used Charmin Ultra Soft in my home and even convinced a few friends and family to switch over the years. I was such a fan of this product that I even have the Charmin Bears in my bathroom. In the last 6-8 months, this product has turned into the worst toilet paper I have ever used. I have spoken to multiple Charmin users all having the same experience. I am so thoroughly disappointed in this product, not to mention the ridiculous price hikes I have seen in the past 6 months for this crappy product. You have lost a lifetime customer and advocate for your product due to your "new and improved" output.

The best toilet paper out there. Perfect thickness, perfect softness. Toilet paper is definitely something I will splurge on and this is the kind I will always get.
