I hate to give Cheers anything less than a five star review, but the case it comes in is H O R R I B L E. What were they thinking? There are 24 discs in the first case and 21 in the second. There are 12 "spindles" per case (I don't know what they're called, but the thing you snap the DVD onto in the center of the DVD). Two discs per spindle, and the pairs of discs overlap each other, such that the pair of discs on the bottom spindle are on top of the pair on the top spindle. In order to get to the bottom disc on the top spindle of a pair of spindles, you have to remove all four discs. And hope that the disc that's under there is the one you wanted, since you can't see that ahead of time the way they're stacked. Furthermore, the case is difficult to open, and once you've applied enough force to get it open, it's likely that it will fly apart and disc will go flying everywhere. When I first received the item, the discs weren't even in order. I pulled out what I thought was disc 2 of season 1 (because it had been directly underneath disc 1 of season 1) only to realize once we started playing it that it was actually somewhere in the middle of season 6. If you're considering buying this, I assume you already know and love the show, so you don't need my recommendation one way or the other on that. But let me just say that you will definitely want some other means of storing the 45 discs.
