These are my wife’s new favorite Cheez-It and they’re in my top 3, easily. The pesto flavor is a delicious strong basil and the mozzarella is mild and an excellent compliment. If you enjoy pesto at all I think you’ll absolutely love these. They taste like a classy take on a cheez-it and hopefully the start of a pesto snack trend.

That being said I really enjoyed the pesto flavor specifically. The mozzarella was a bit more mild which did balance the pesto well. Overall I enjoyed these quite a lot.

This is a great combo and it pairs well with pretty much any cheese, they are a great value for the money and the packaging is easy to close and store, they were very fresh and crunchy.

I usually enjoy Cheez-It snacks, especially their flavor mashups, but this one missed the mark for me. From the moment I opened the bag, the smell was off—definitely not the inviting aroma you’d expect from something labeled “pesto and mozzarella.” It had a sharp, almost synthetic scent that carried over into the taste. The flavor was overwhelmingly harsh, with a chemical-like bite that lingered unpleasantly. I couldn't pick up much of the creamy mozzarella or herbaceous pesto—just an odd, tangy sharpness that didn’t resemble either. I appreciate Cheez-It’s creativity, but this combination just didn’t work for my palate. It’s rare that I toss a snack before finishing the bag, but this one went straight in the trash.

Now, 2 weeks later, the bag is still full because my kids don't like the taste of it. It's not bad, it just tastes different from the other snacks my kids eat so it's been forgotten for the past 2 weeks.

The pesto paired with the mozzarella is the perfect combination. My children even thought they were good. So flavorful and savory. Ritz always has some unique flavors.

This is a great snack for both pesto and regular cheez it lovers. This might be my new go-to flavor in addition to white cheddar. Yum!
