Overwhelming perfume bomb
This has an overwhelming chemical perfume smell that gives me an instant headache. The smell lasts for days, even after washing my hair and rinsing it with apple cider vinegar. If you are at all sensitive to smell, do not attempt to use this.

Can not read directions, design not user friendly
Who knows if this product will work or not? It is impossible to read the directions, the gold against the silver may make an attractive bottle but without knowing when to put the product on my hair it becomes worthless!

More expensive than regular Chi because this has keratin. I haven't noticed any difference between regular Chi and keratin chi. Both smell nice and have a nice texture. I'm going to save money and get the regular kind from now on.

Love this brand. Not expensive and their products are fantastic. Love the silk infusion a small amount is all you need. Excellent in hot weather. Don't have to worry if it will burn or fried your hair during the summer month or on tropical countries.
