Can't wash it out of my hair
After applying this, my hair looked greased down and gross. After 11 shampoos, I still can't get it out of my hair which looks filthy and unwashed. Do NOT buy this product.

From wild frizz to a beautiful glowing mass of curls
My granddaughter's hair is curly and easily tangled and snarls constantly. The silk infusion Chi takes care of all of these on a daily basis. Just a nickel size squeeze of product in the palm with a quick rub together in both hands then lightly squeezing the curls on her head brings a wild head of hair into shining mass of beautiful curls. Takes only about 30 seconds and lasts all day at school. Well worth the $!

I love this product.
I like the original silk infusion better. This is "infra" silk infusion and it seems quite a bit heavier. That being said I love how the original version made my hair so shiny and smooth and kept it in style. I will syill use the "infra" version. Bring back the original version.

Great Product but Doubled in Price
There is no doubt that CHI Silk Infusion works exceptionally well in nourishing hair, and keeping it healthy -- even to grow your hair healthy. But, I went back to Nexxus Therappe/Humectress when CHI doubled their price, almost overnight. Now, it is over 4X what it had been 4 years ago, while Nexxus didn't spike their prices. With a spike in Sales Tax legislation coming up, the majority of women can't afford a quadrupling of hair products, so I likely will not be going back to CHI anytime soon...even though CHI used to be all I bought.

The original CHI Silk Infusion was that girl. It was the best kept secret for anyone who knew about it. After losing my original bottle, I went to the store to replace it and could only find INFRA CHI Silk Infusion. I proceeded to purchase it because after searching online, I have come to find that this is the new CHI Silk Infusion. What I sadly discovered after my purchase is that this replacement is terrible. It's not the same color and the special scent is gone. News flash if y'all didn't know, we (the consumers) spent the money for the SCENT, the product being a reconstructive oil was a secondary benefit. Bottom line is y'all failed and whoever's bright idea it was to change the formula should be fired. End of story.

I have been a faithful user of this for 20 plus years. I recently bought another bottle and it's definitely not the same formula or whatever. Doesn't even smell the same and doesn't make my hair feel the same when I straighten it. Once again corporations cutting corners to save a penny at the customer's expense. Very disappointing

Ordered silk infusion which I love! Recieved Infra instead horrible chemical smell greasy greasy like engine oil. Washed it out to find its not easy to wash out. Ugh please dont discontinue Silk infusion.

I have used Chi Silk infusion for many years and love it. I have now tried to order it 6 different times and gets delivered is INFRA silk infusion which is not the same product. I was able to return 2 bottles but have 4 more bottles I cannot use or return. Do you still have silk infusion that is not INFRA? If so where can I get it.

I prefer the original formula and scent.
The old silk infusion had the most amazing smell that l love. I was disappointed to discover that the new one had a different fragrance. If there are any remaining units of the old formula, could I purchase 2 bottles please?
