i put it in and the hair got stuck and it tangled i had to cut it but i did a curl before it and it was pretty good.

I purchased this product because I cannot curl my hair to save my life. Initially, I did the curls without reading the instructions. But after I read the instructions the curls got better. I say practice.

My favorite feature is how the barrel is inside and basically it's not hot enough to burn you! I've been burned so many times by a classic curling iron that this one takes away that fear! I think this would be perfect for girls learning to curl their hair. This would be the perfect gift!

I love the simplicity. I use it with the chi thermal guarding spray, then finishing spray and my curls hold for days.

This thing is a total piece of cheap crap. Worst styling tool I've used on 47 years. Chi products are the most sub par items being sold for 95% too much money. You couldn't give me another one of these for free. Literally want to smash this Curling tool into piecesz.

Never finished curling my hair, took twice as long as a regular curling iron, about every second curl it would start beating that it needs reset. Do not recommend

Got this tool and worked for a while now just says reset will not work just keeps saying reset.

It don’t work right plus if you think your gonna get curls right away your dead wrong not for think people hair at all

bought this kind of on a whim. I don't use curling irons, aside from the one time I mistakenly decided (again) to chip my hair to a bob and hard to curl the ends. the idea of curling my long hair stresses me out and I won't even try. Long story, but I started researching "beachwaver" irons before a wedding I'm attending tomorrow, and I found this instead. I have really straight hair. i used to low setting and 15 seconds in the timer. the first 4 photos are right after cooling and loosening curls with my fingers. The last 2 photos are 2 hours later when I brushed it out. No risk of burning myself. No crimp marks. no worrying how I'm wrapping it when I can't see it. No concern whether I've been holding it too long or not long enough. The other alternative is I put my hair in a bun for a couple hours, but this wave lasts longer.

ordered Nov 25, 2022, used once or twice everyone week; on/off button already broke. Worked great to curl hair though and never tangled.
