I have naturally wavy hair that becomes very dry in the winter. It gets really fly-away from the super static dryness in our home and is really hard to manage sometimes. Drives me crazy. I have tried moisturizing shampoo/conditioner combos before that have been heavy feeling, making my hair feel dirty and oily and I was reluctant to try this pair for fear that they would be the same. However, I was delightfully surprised! I love them! Both the shampoo and conditioner rinsed VERY easily and cleanly, leaving my hair SO soft and shiny and manageable! So smooth with NO fly aways and no heavy feeling at all! And I LOVE the scent too. Nice and light, not overwhelming. Thank you Chi! This formula is now my "go to" winter pair.

After Chemo my hair in came in very dry and fine. This moisturizes without weighing my hair down. Truly my favorite Shampoo.

I have very long, curly hair. I've tried everything out there and this is the only conditioner that doesn't make me want to cry when I comb my hair after washing and conditioning. The smell is amazing and my hair feels so good after it dries. It's a little hard to find in the stores and I wish that wasn't the case.

My total review is not completely in yet with this product. I'm basing it off of CHI products in general. I have a ton of hair and it's taken a long time to find combinations that work for me. I'm bummed that certain products seem to disappear from the product line with no viable alternative. I'd like this product more also if the fragrance were closer to the mainstay CHI products. I HATE "fruit" smelling hair. I'll know more after a couple of weeks of use. I'm also noticing a cost increase across all products that I'm not loving. I'd hate to have to search out another line simply because of affordability. Be careful CHI.

The best shampoo that I've ever been introduced to. I use to have to use medicated shampoo...Every since I start using CHI products I no longer need medication...and yes it smells wonderful

OMG! I used this shampoo and conditioner product line for the first time and my hair is so unbelievable soft! I used this on my daughter's hair too and she was so surprised how soft her hair was too!!! We are African American without any chemicals in our hair and we are sticking with this product line!!! My daughter's hair is squeaky clean!!!!! Thank you Chi for making our hair more manageable!!!
