Overall, a very convenient and efficient piece of baby equipment. Pros: - Easy set up - Tray is great! It doesn’t stain (even after exposure to berries and a lot of tomato sauce) and it snaps securely in place. - It’s great to have baby at the table and close to us. - Great piece of gear to take with you to picnics/family gatherings since it fits nicely onto picnic tables - Keeps the floor clear of tripping hazards. This is a big bonus in smaller spaces (like my house where we regularly trip over the highchair leg). - Very sturdy and holds my chunky 20 month old. - Buckle and seat hold baby securely. Cons - Cloth covers fairly easy to wipe off but does get grime with regular use and then you need to take seat apart to remove and wash it. We really like this product and it is a great alternative to a traditional highchair and a must-have for parents traveling with little ones.

I recently tried the Chicco FastLock Go Hook-On Chair, and I'm really impressed. It was super easy to put together right out of the box. When I attached it to the table, the rubber grippers and attachment clamps felt really sturdy. I even put most of my weight on it, and it held tight with no slipping, so I feel totally confident putting my chunky and wiggly baby in it. Plus, the tray is small enough and easy to clean in the sink, or quickly wipe down eating out with a wipe and the chair takes up almost no space in our kitchen! We're definitely getting rid of our bulky high chair, it had a feature to travel but was so bulky we felt awkward taking it anywhere but the Chicco chair folds up so small, smaller than our diaper bag! Plus it comes with an attached carry bag, which is amazing and one less thing for me to forget to pack or for me to leave at the restaurant. It is great for eating out, using this always feels much more secure and more sanitary than the restaurant-provided high chairs that don't have a tray and seem like they never get cleaned. It’s a lifesaver when a restaurant doesn't have infant chairs for us to use so now we bring it everywhere! I also love that the fabric is machine-washable but it still wipes clean easily for when we are out. We are going to be taking this on vacation with us and everywhere we go from now on. The only thing I would improve with this is that the release buttons are kind of small and I have to push really really hard to get them undone and the clamps to release, however that also gives me piece of mind that the chair is super secure to the table and I know my baby is safe in the chair.

This seat is perfect for keeping in the car so you have one on the go. It’s so easy to set up.

This is my first hook-on chair, and it’s a winner! Setup only took a few minutes, and it attaches securely to my kitchen table without any worries about safety or scratches. I love how it lets my 1.5-year-old be an active participant during family dinners, and it’s amazing how much floor space it frees up. The black color is great for disguising dinnertime messes, and the included travel bag makes it super versatile. Highly recommend!

This chair is easy to put together and mount onto the table. It is very secure and strong. There is not any chance of my 1 year old tipping herself back by putting her feet on the table like in a traditional portable high chair that just sits on a regular chair. The vinyl material of the chair part is easy to clean. Also my daughter seems very comfortable sitting in it.

This chair is awesome! Fits securely on our table, easy to install and tray is the perfect size and easy to clean! The best part, in my opinion, is the built in travel bag!! I had a similar chair when my bigs were little and this one is much easier to use! While the fabric is definitely sturdy & very wipeable, as is with any fabric chair, the seat isn’t as easy to clean as hard plastic high chairs.

We got this chair a little while ago and we love how easy it is for traveling. This works great at restaurants or other family’s homes to use at their table! Great alternative to a high chair for those with limited space too!

Great chair and perfect for having baby up at the counter by you! We only had one table it couldn’t connect to. Otherwise great on the go as well.

I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy this chair was— my 16 month old daughter fits great in it and can bounce and wiggle without the seat budging! We hooked it to our kitchen bar and it’s a great space saver for when I need to pop the baby someplace nearby. The set up was very easy— I popped it in place in about 10 minutes and now that I’m comfortable with it, I can move it to a new location in two minutes. We can fit it on our kitchen table too and it loops under the apron lip with no issues. Others have talked about taking it on the go, and we will try that too for when we travel! Great product!

Just received the hook-on chair and wanted to share my first impressions after unboxing. Overall, it feels like a sturdy, high-quality product. The structural pieces are metal and sturdy plastic, and the cloth is thick and comfortable to the touch, while seeming easy to wipe. I like the simplicity of the design - it is pretty much just 4 pieces in total: the seat, the arms, and the tray. It took about 15 min to get through the initial setup, but that was mostly because I was being very cautious to learn how to install correctly (I still managed to miss a step when attaching the loops - make sure to turn it over and orient it like in the picture to make it easier to follow!). Now that it's assembled, it would take less than a minute to install or put away. The clever part is the ratchet levers - after sliding the chair onto the table, all you need to do is flip up the arms and squeeze the ratchet levers until it's tight against the table. The rubber pads where the arms rest on the table have a ton of traction and don't feel like they're going anywhere. I pressed a lot of my weight into the seat after installing, and I'm pretty sure our little dining table would break before this seat did. Could definitely hold the weight of my 6 month old. As I said, these are just my initial thoughts as my son is not quite able to sit up on his own yet (and that's one of the requirements listed on the warning label.) But I love the built-in carry bag; it feels like this was built with portability in mind. I'm sure we will use this on the go many times once he's big enough. One more thing to note - make sure your table isn't too thick. I tried installing on an overhang of our countertop, which I believe is about 2.5 to 3 inches...just barely too big for the arms to swing up and clamp onto. So make sure to check the dimensions/requirements listed on the product before buying.

This is such a great product! It’s a major space saver for my little house and is wayyy more affordable than a full sized high chair ! I have no complaints as of now!

This product came in the mail so quickly!! With a searingly elegant design it’s easy to assemble, and hook onto your table. The sturdy grip of the arms that hold this item to the table are very comforting for safety reasons. The black pattern of the seat allows room for messes without showing the mess. Our child is saying their new seat, and loves the comfort and design of this product!

We love this hook on chair. We had a different one (different brand) and the Chicco is quicker to set up and easier to transport. I love how safe my daughter is in the seat due to the buckle around her waist. We will be taking this on vacation with us, saving us from having to pack our large high chair.

This is an awesome solution to alot of feeding problems - highly recommend and also recommend all the products from Chicco they have been high quality and very usable

This is so handy not just for home but especially for restaurants!! A lifesaver when you’re going to a busy lunch or dinner spot and the high chairs are already being used by other families, or when the one they do bring you has broken buckles and your kid wants to constantly climb out! It packs down very flat and had a convenient built-in bag for carrying and storage! We just keep it in the trunk or under a seat in our van and it’s always there when needed.

As a grandparent, I am looking for products that will assist us when the grandchildren visit. This product has so many great features. It is lightweight, easy to attach to the table and is able to be secured easily. The materials are rugged and durable.It is very lightweight.It compacts to a pretty flat shape after being removed,. Having the tray that clips on helps keep the babies eating surface clean, and keeps the table clean also! The mechanisms for tightening and releasing the tension that holds it in place are very easy to use.The built in carrying bag is a really nice feature. I could see it being used in any situation, but we will look forward to using it on a picnic table or any table that is outside of our usual home situation.

This chair is great. I had a different brand previously u did not like as much as this chair. It’s stable and so easy to set up. Essential to going out with my little one. Great for restaurants and other people’s houses.
