It seems to be effective as my daughter’s fever was reduced after using. It tastes pretty good. It is a great value and a good substitute for the name brand Tylenol. The only thing I don’t like is that it has red dye in it…I’d rather it be clear than to contain that just to give it the pink color but other than that, this is a good medicine
