Not Like Cookie Butter and Less Chewy Than I Expected
I picked up these Chips Ahoy Holiday Butter Cookies because my husband and kids love cookie butter, so I was excited to try them. Unfortunately, the flavor didn’t remind me of cookie butter at all, and they weren’t as chewy as the regular Chips Ahoy cookies I’m used to. They weren’t bad, just not what I was expecting based on the name and our cookie butter preferences. My family still ate them, but we probably wouldn’t choose them again if we were specifically looking for that cookie butter flavor or a chewy texture. Overall, decent holiday-themed cookies, just not quite what we were hoping for.

Big miss for me
Terrible taste. I am perplexed - this tastes nothing like cookie butter nor a chewy chips ahoy. My family and I tried just a bite and didn’t want the rest. Tossed the whole thing.

They’re super soft and they taste like a sweet, cozy holiday dessert. They’re perfect with milk or even coffee, and they definitely hit the spot when you want something sweet. But I will say, I expected a stronger cookie butter flavor. It has a little hint of that warm, spiced taste, but it’s more subtle than I thought it would be. The white chips make the cookies sweeter, which is great if you love sugary treats, but for me they slightly distracted from the cookie butter vibe. Overall, I still enjoyed them and would grab them again as a fun seasonal snack, especially during the holidays.

Super chewy but not for me
