Pretty good
I think these are a cute little treat but I probably would not get them again. They definitely have that frozen, not fresh, taste. The lemon was a little lacking in flavor which was quite contrast to the raspberry. Some reviews mention the tartness of the raspberry being too much, but I think it tastes like raspberry freshly picked from the bush. So it might not be what you'd expect, but it's not outlandish. The size is two-bite and the presentation is pretty.

These are mini, but pack a lot of flavor! If you want to eat them right away, I recommend keeping them in the refrigerator once brought home. I did that and got consistent texture. Room temperature may probably ruin the texture and make them feel too soggy. Enjoy!

Took these to a work party and no one liked them. The lemon tarts taste eggy. The eclairs were bland. The coffee one was okay. The raspberry had good flavor but was mushy in texture.

A taste of France, a bit tricky to defrost
The negative reviews are from people not used to French fruit tarts. They taste like the actual fruit and are a bit tart. I thought these were wonderful, all four of them. The texture of the raspberry (like the imported macarons) is a bit chewy which I personally don't love but the taste is lovely. I loved the shell on the lemon tarts. The only caveat: they are a bit of a pain to defrost to get the right texture. We we eating them a bit frozen. Let them sit in the refrigerator, if you can wait.
