Arnetage FRESH AND FLAVORFUL! PERFECT FOR BAKING! - These were a fabulous addition to my cookies and muffins; also made a super delicious vegetarian nut loaf! The recipe is simple; Combine 2 cups chopped sauteed onions, 1 1/4 c cooked brown rice or bulgar; 1 c ground walnuts, 1 c grated cheddar, 2 beaten eggs, 2 Tb. lemon juice, 3 Tb nutritional yeast, sea salt to taste.
