BROKEN!
Ordered for pickup and was given a BADLY BROKEN ornament. There was no oversight. Someone didn’t care it was broken, they just gave it to me anyhow. The big broken piece wasn’t even in the bag to glue on. My daughter is eloping at Christmas and wanted this one ornament BADLY. Now it’s completely sold out. I’m so disgusted at the employee who would select a broken ornament instead of just refunding my order!!! Pensacola 9 Mile and University store, shame on this employee!!!
