I injured a finger joint some time ago. Since I started taking this product (I'm on second bottle now), the pain in the finger is gone. The pain also goes away in my teeth which recently have started shifting. My nails seem to be getting stronger, too. I also rub the Complete Tissue and Bone oil and ointment directly on joint and jaw area. Really helps! For those of you familiar with Dr. Christopher's products, this used to be called BF&C.

I really like this product. It works good for me. And it works in a gentle way, no need to feel you have to be by a bathroom all the time. I take it twice a day with the lower bowel formula from Dr. Christopher’s.

I have had a doctor ask me how I have keep my skin on my legs so healthy. I told her about Complete Tissue and Bone and that I take it every day with a break of two weeks twice a year. I have been taking it for about 5 years and it has made a difference.

Several of Dr. Christopher's products have been in my medicine cabinet and first-aid kit for many years. Every product I've used has been efficacious. I use the Complete Tissue & Bone Ointment and Complete Tissue & Bone Oil along with these Capsules to get the maximum effect. Swanson's does not carry Dr. Christopher's full line but happy there are some. I've recommended Dr. Christopher's products to family and friends. They're that good.
