Chroma Type 301 F.A. Porsche Wood Knife Block

Ingeniously designed by F.A. Porsche, this solid-looking beechwood knife storage block is actually five separate pieces held together by a long stainless-steel bolt. A polished nut on the back unscrews to allow the pieces to slip off the bolt, thus exposing each knife slot for easy cleaning with a damp cloth. When assembled, the block angles forward so that knives can be quickly removed or inserted without damage to the blades. Made specifically for Chroma Cutlery Type 301 knives but suitable for other brands as well, this block measures 10 by 8 by 5-3/4 inches and features eight slots of varying widths.
