The smell is not floral or musky but more like a fresh smell. I keep it at work in case I just came from the gym or working a double. Hours after I apply I can still catch a good whiff.

I was not able to make out what the basis of the scent is, but it had a citrus twist to it, which I believe is the refreshing side of this cologne. I would say overall this is a middle of the road scent!

I had just ran out of another brand of cologne a few days before I got my special package from BzzAgent. It was perfect timing for sure. It was Christmas time and I knew my wife had gotten me something already but I was having to wait for the big day. So I survived on my sample of Chrome Extreme. My wife loved it. I think if she hadn't already bought me something, she would have hunted Chrome Exteme down. So when I run out of my Christmas one, I will be buying Chrome Extreme.

I decided to try it on the first time the other day (for our first date night in a long time.l) We almost didn't make it to our dinner reservations and the scent seemed to endure as she would find reasons to sniff me all night. The scent had a crisp, citrusy odor (she hates musk and spice). I am definitely going to have to get more of this!

Its not overpowering at all. My wife really loves it too. Since its not a supper strong scent it does not seem to last a long time. So a reapplication is sometimes needed. I really recommend this cologne. I actually purchased a full size bottle already.

Not overpowering at all but lasts for quite a while. My 16 year old son has also found a liking to it and wears it regularly with many compliments coming his way as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not aware of Chrome Extreme way de parfum from Azzaro before receiving this trial. I'd call this a medium-weight. It's not as clean a smell as I'd like but it's not heavy and overpowering. A little woodsy, a drop citrusy and a scant spicy. Compared to similar colognes, this does have a slightly more "perfumey" scent to it. Because of that, I'm not positive I'd buy it for myself but would recommend it to others. It would work well for a night out at a nice restaurant or out a club.
