The first release in 10 years by this esteemed singer-songwriter (and key figure of the "anti-folk" movement) is a heavy one. She honors, remembers and celebrates the love she shared with her husband Paul Williams, the Crawdaddy magazine founder who died in 2013. Her collaborators here have played with everyone from X to Richard Thompson to Brian Wilson; orchestral arrangements and rock guitars merge on "Thanks Again," "Somebody's Angel," "Contemplating the Infinite (in a Kiss)," "I Like Cats/You Like Dogs," the title song and more moving new music by Cindy.
