stainless steel construction hardened to Rc50, making it resistant to corrosion
for a long-lasting, maintenance free steak knives set. This kitchen knives set
boasts exceptional cutting capabilities thanks to their micro-tooth serrated
blades that are uniquely thin at only 0.016” for enhanced cutting function, and
the very end tip of each steak knife has a small area that has been slightly
blunted to prevent accidental hand injury.
