The Classic Metal Wall-Mount Toilet Paper Holder from Hearth & Hand with Magnolia likely uses a small, recessed screw, often a set screw, that is tightened with a small Allen wrench or occasionally a tiny flat-head screwdriver to secure the fixture to its wall bracket. Try a small Allen wrench (often 2mm or 3mm) and a small flat-head screwdriver to see which one fits the screw and allows you to tighten it. I hope this helps - Emma

I ordered this as well as the 24" towel bar and immediately noticed that they were not the same brass shade, which is odd since their design is practically identical and they're from the same Magnolia collection.

I really like the way this looks but I’m disappointed with it. I’m on the second one and both move. It doesn’t hold well to the wall (even using better wall anchors than what it came with) but the bar also moves up and down so the tp usually looks uneven like I didn’t put it up level. There is a screw in back but it doesn’t seem to turn - I can’t find a way to tighten the bar up to fix the problem.

I really love the look and functionality of this dispenser. The one thing I will note was that it had some weird oil on it that had to be wiped off. It was easy enough to clean, but it was kinda surprising to receive a non-automotive product in the mail with oil on it.

I liked the subtle transitional look. Unfortunately, the brass colored metal screws were very soft and stripped out while I tried to install it. The design also made access difficult to one of the screws. I only got the screw in half way and can’t remove it because it is stripped.

The wall plates should sit flush on the wall. If this step is complete, and the attachment still wobbles, it means the wall plates were installed too far apart from each other.
