[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Clearblue Fertility Monitor with touch screen is a convenient and easy-to-use tool, especially because it tracks more than just LH. I like that it gives a fuller picture of the cycle, not just ovulation based on one hormone. One thing I wish it did better is saving previous data. If the batteries die or are removed, the data resets, which can be frustrating if you haven’t backed it up or logged it elsewhere. I also wish it showed hormone progression over time instead of just displaying a smiley face. It would be much more helpful to see trends rather than just a yes/no result each day. Still, it’s a helpful monitor if you want something straightforward, just with a few limitations to keep in mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited yo try this but let down instantly. A lot of women who struggle TTC deal with irregular periods. This item is not meant for women with irregular periods past 42 days. The first inconvenient thing about this device is that you HAVE to set it up between day 1-4 of your cycle. You can not just go back and choose the date as you would on any cycle tracking app. With having an irregular cycle, this could take another 40 days before I can even use this device. The next i convenient thing is that you can only test when it asks you to which is for 10 days bur will go up to 20 if peak not detected. If past 20, you’re out of luck. I know my peak is not during the dates it suggests and I can not customize this device to reflect my cycle. I also can’t just test regularly because it has to be during those days when it prompts you to test. Even if I was just slightly off, the box of strips says it is good for 3 cycles when in reality for some women, this may only be good for 1-2 cycles. I’m out of luck with even being able to use this device. This is honestly only meant for those with a perfect or almost perfect cycle, who I’m thinking wouldn’t search for something like this as much compared to someone struggling to find their peak. If this was a device where you could use a mobile app to customize to your cycle and test whenever you want to, it would be much better in my opinion. Big fail and waste of money to me.

It's easy to use and can help interpret urine tests as well as track results and your cycle trends. As someone undergoing IVF and very familiar with testing I found it unnecessary as I can easily read tests myself and just track in an app on my phone. One thing I didn't like was you can only start your cycle on day 1-4, so have to wait a whole month to use if you are past day 4; which is silly given most nurses will tell you to start measuring LH at day 8/9.

It takes all the guesswork out of tracking and gives clear easy-to-understand results. I love that it measures both estrogen and LH so you get more advanced notice of your fertile window. It doesn’t just tell you one “peak” day but actually shows a pattern of high and peak fertility which makes timing so much easier and less stressful. The touchscreen is simple to use and the instructions are very clear. Within two cycles I felt way more in tune with my body and was able to plan more confidently. We conceived in our second month using it which felt like a miracle after months of frustration. Yes you need to buy test sticks regularly but the peace of mind and clarity it provides is absolutely worth it. It takes all the guesswork out of trying to determine if a line is dark enough or tracking like progression (bye cheap test strips!) The machine is very easy to operate with touchscreen control. The cycle starts on your first day of your period and continuously monitor/estimate when your fertility levels changes. The alarm would go off to remind you to use the test strips on your high and peak days. I would recommend this kit to anyone who’s trying to have a baby

It’s very easy to take it on the go if you need, it’s small enough to just stick in your purse and go. The monitor is nice and sturdy, and high quality.

You can only start a cycle on days 1-4, and from there you have to follow the prompts on whether to test. You get prompts to test, and if your schedule is off on a given day you can’t take it outside of your testing window. You put the test in and I honestly don’t know what the options are that it could give you back, because mine read “high” every single day I tested. It said it might take a few cycles to get to know me. So, I effectively learned NOTHING about my fertility this month because it is learning me? In fertility and TTC, every single month matters. I would strongly recommend using LH test strips where you can physically see and understand how your LH levels are changing.

Seems like it is best for people who are diligent in testing, not so much for forgetful people like myself. I can not add in my period because it started over 4 days ago. I forgot to log it and it doesn’t go back more than 4 days. Also read that you have to test within its time frame or it doesn’t ask you to test essentially missing that test for the day. So there isn’t much flexibility. I have heard it is very accurate with people using other testing means alongside this device and they match up! So it definitely does its job when used correctly. I would recommend to women who are on top of testing. Clear blue is a very reputable and trusted brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off this does require 2 AA batteries, so make sure you are using new ones. It is small enough to store easily and conceal. Looking at the price online this is a bit pricey but not a crazy amount. For a tracking device I’d say it’s reasonable. This can track and store up to 6 cycles (months) which is nice but will delete the first month to make space for the newer month after you’ve gone past the 6th month. You have to be really on top of your tracking as this only allows you to start tracking the first 4 days of your period and even asks the time you started so that your testing window is set set for 6 hours. Do not miss you testing window! You’ve gotta use the test strips along with this device which isn’t hard to use but is another separate purchase I believe. Overall, you do have to be a little diligent in remember the time window and tracking daily but if you are ok with that. It’s a great and I’d say more accurate way to collect information on your ovulation.
