Meh…Not a Fan
I was hoping these would help reduce the stink in a bedroom of a sports-playing 16 year old boy. After placing one bag in the room, washing all the bedding and clothes, dusting, and vacuuming, the smell was still lingering after a week. Maybe a really smelly room needs more than one bag. The bags are nice looking and the grommet seems strong enough to hold the bag for a long time. Mine didn’t come with hanging ropes.

Discreet and “rechargeable” odor defense!
I’m excited to use these in a variety of places, we have cats and basement storage, so they will get heavy usage I like the neutral gray color and it is a bonus to have the individual strings to hang them up!

Good Job of Deodorizing
These are great deodorizors for tricky household areas. We had an area of our home that had been smelling slightly mildewy and these actually made an impact. So, I think they are effective when used intentionally.

Get rid of smells
I placed four of these charcoal bags around my home - one near the cat’s litter box, one in my car, one in the linen closet, and one in the main floor bathroom. A lot of people are allergic to or irritated by fragrances, and I appreciate having something to absorb bad odors rather than try to cover them up. I have used charcoal products in the past that help, and I’m sure these are doing the job as well. The only downside is having to set them out in direct sunlight once a month.

Just what I needed
I needed some air purifying bags for smelly soccer shoes. With four bags I was able to insert one bag in each shoe. The purifying bags are large so they work in a lot of different spaces. With shoes you need to stuff the bag in since the shoe can be smaller than the bag. Overall, helps keep the smells to a minimum.

Bye Bye Odors
These air purifier bags seem to work great! I placed them in direct sunlight for a few hours in order to reactivate them and get them to work their best. I then placed a couple of them in my mud room closet that's full of shoes. It's a small closet filled to the brim with five people's shoes, so needless to say it tends to get a bit stinky! After just a single day of having a couple of these bags in there, I've noticed a decrease in the funky feet smell that previously permeated from that closet. They're eco-friendly, fragrance free, and chemical free. They're reusable for two years and even have a place to write the date first used so you can keep track of their longevity.

Very useful
I have never used a product like these bamboo charcoal air purifier bags before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I decided to try using one of the bags inside our wooden blanket chest to help reduce or eliminate the smell we've noticed from the wood finisher. It does appear to be helping after only 1 week of use. I like that the bags have string included to be able to hang up if needed, like in a closet. The bags also include a spot to write down the starting date, so you can keep track of when to change them out.

Air purifier
So far I like these bamboo charcoal bags. I do slightly notice a difference in the air. But will need longer to fully get the benefits. I do wish they came with rope ties so I can hang them but I will just use my own yarn ties.

Water absorbing, yes. Odor absorbing, not so much.
I was excited to use one of these bamboo charcoal bags because sometimes in our bedroom it smells a little off, and also my in-laws made a special bed for my daughters doll that has been reaking of paint for a while. I wanted something that could remove the odors easily. I accidentally left the bed outside last night and rain got on it. I put one of the charcoal bags inside of the bed and it absorbs moisture really well. I don't think that the bags have helped any odors in our bedroom or the wooden bed. I'm a little skeptical about the bags even with the great claims.

Great for closets and drawers
These charcoal sachets are perfect for making drawers or closets less musty. They come with four strings that fit through a rivet, so they can be hung. I placed one in a coat closet that gets humid. I already use Damp Rid so I am eager to see if these charcoal bags are sufficient, as they are reuseable and the Damp Rid is one-time use. The instructions say to leave in the sun for two hours each month. I also placed some in bureaus with clothes.
