While I really like these with regard to the flavor and texture, I can’t recommend these if you’re trying to keep your A1C low. I’m diabetic and my blood sugar spiked to 180 mg/dL.

Great tasting protein bar, 20Gs of protein, 280 calories and tastes good. at 14 calories per gram of protein, this should fit snugly as the median calories in a high protein diet, while still tasting good.

I've been eating one of these protein bars for breakfast, almost every single day, for around 8 years. I never get sick of the taste, it leaves me feeling full, and it's the best tasting flavor of protein bar I've ever had. It's best with lots of water as it's a dry, dense protein bar, but I consider this a bonus as it encourages me to hydrate in the morning as well.

It is almost impossible to find a dairy free gluten-free nut free protein bar that tastes good. Not only does this one taste good, it's delicious! I hate protein bars and powders but wow I actually love this??? I mean It's protein so it's going to be more dry so drink water but the flavor is spot on with a dessert, its consistency all throughout is great.
