Not Low Glycemic!!
While I really like these with regard to the flavor and texture, I can’t recommend these if you’re trying to keep your A1C low. I’m diabetic and my blood sugar spiked to 180 mg/dL.

A staple in my house
I've been eating one of these protein bars for breakfast, almost every single day, for around 8 years. I never get sick of the taste, it leaves me feeling full, and it's the best tasting flavor of protein bar I've ever had. It's best with lots of water as it's a dry, dense protein bar, but I consider this a bonus as it encourages me to hydrate in the morning as well.

It is almost impossible to find a dairy free gluten-free nut free protein bar that tastes good. Not only does this one taste good, it's delicious!
