What's All the Fuss About?
I was expecting more. This item is highly touted in the beauty biz, especially Black Honey. I decided to give it a try & purchased Nude Honey because I wanted something very subtle, basically lip color. The color is fine, but the texture feels off to me. I can’t explain it except I expected it to feel smooth on my lips, but it feels a bit waxy.

Nude Honey
Love this color. I have been using Black Honey original for years. Bought the pink, but am not crazy about it. It's chalky and doesn't have the emollient property that original Black Honey has. I just bought the Nude Honey. It's the same consistency as the Black Honey and the color is perfect for me. Not too dark. It glides on and has pretty good staying power. I don't normally look good in nude/beige/brown tones, but this Nude has a very slight rosy tint. Looks like my natural lip color only better and that is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this new color Nude of Black Honey Almost Lipstick. It's my new favorite.

Very moisturizing
I have purchased all 3 colors of these almost lipsticks and they go.on like silk and provide hours of hydration to my usually chapped lips. I also wear them under the long lasting lipstick and they are a great pair together.

Doesn't work on everyone
I received the Black Honey Almost Lipstick as a gift with purchase. I had high expectations that it would look great on me. I like that it is moisturizing, unlike the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lipstick that is so dry. The color is buildable. It just doesn't do anything color wise for me. I'm pale with natural deep pink lips and the Black Honey either looks like nothing or strange. It's fine as a free gift.

Just the right amount of tint
I got this product as part of a gift pack and loved it! Doesn't leave your lips dry like most lip balms do (that keep you reapplying to avoid the dry feeling). It gives the right amount of tint for a natural made up look. I have black honey and cant wait to try in the nude colour.

I don't actually like a " regular" lipstick, the formula doesn't sit well on my mature lips, but I absolutely LOVE this formulation, it's like a hybrid of a lipstick & gloss Don't be afraid of the dark! It's very sheer

The perfect tint
My favorite lipsticks. Never feels greasy or sticky, you can layer on for more color, or apply a light layer for a tint of color. It always looks so much more natural so you can wear it daily and instantly boost your appearance. It's my go-to.

This is the best lipstick I have ever used! It is creamy, balmy, and melts into the lips! Works well during the winter without needing additional products for hydration. I hope his product becomes available in other colors as well (red, lilac, strawberry).

I love this lipstick for its gorgeous look. Don't let the dark color of black honey fool you, it looks much lighter on a light lip and really natural. It is also very moisturizing. It does not stay on my lips as long as a "real" lipstick, but it is also cheaper so I feel this is ok. And it does stay much longer than a balm. So it is really in between a balm and a lipstick and it does a great job there.

Colours great dispenser rubbish
I have bought this lipstick 5 times as I like the colours but what I have found with every one of them is when you have used the lipstick the dispenser won't let you return the lipstick fully so the end gets damaged and out of shape when you put the top back on. I complained about this to Clinique when I bought the first one, black honey, I asked if they would look into changing the dispenser I kept hoping they would, but after buying 5 I have given up. I have given it two stars for the colour but if I was just reviewing the dispenser it would be a minus.

I was so excited to try this after all the things I heard. Regret it extremely now. I rarely ever get allergic reactions to make up. But this has MESSED UP my lips after just 2 uses. So upsetting. They are swollen, dry, red, chapped, cracked, and painful. What a waste of money.
